I am unable to access the zero-touch customer portal

If your organisation would like to use zero-touch enrolment, you will need access to the zero-touch customer portal. If you’re having trouble accessing the zero-touch customer portal, You may have recieved one of the following error messages. Click on a relevant error message below and try one of the solutions.

We are sorry, but your account has been suspended by the support team due to a violation of our terms of service.

"We are sorry, but your account has been suspended by the support team due to a violation of our terms of service. Please login to your account and click on the support link to contact the support team for why this action was taken. Your users will be unable to use Google Workspace services until you take this action."

If you receive this message when trying to access the zero-touch portal for your organisation, and your organisation uses Google Workspace, your IT admin may be preventing access to the service. Please work with your Workspace admin to get access to Partner Dash.
