Review assets for licensing eligibility

Other reasons

Review adjusted pricing

Some publishers set floor pricing on assets they own, representing the lowest price at which a track can be licensed. When a publisher sets a floor price, the label/distributor must meet the price set in Studio Content Manager.

If you used preset license strategies that don’t meet a publisher’s floor price, the strategy will automatically update in Creator Music to prevent loss of licensability.

To review pricing changes made by publishers:

  1. Sign in to Studio Content Manager.
  2. From the left menu, select License management   and open a strategy with adjusted pricing.
    • Find strategies or assets with adjusted pricing by scanning Adjusted pricing and Assets under adjusted pricing columns on the License management page.
    • Adjusted license strategies titles follow the scheme: "Your license strategy title - publisher who set up floor pricing | floor pricing type"
  3. From the left menu, select Adjusted pricing
  4. Hover over the adjusted price to compare details.
    • Adjusted prices are indicated by an asterisk *.

You can also find pricing changes by selecting History from any license strategy.
