Save and manage tracks

Creator Music is now available to U.S. creators in the YouTube Partner Program (YPP). Expansion to YPP creators outside of the U.S. is pending.

In Creator Music, if you find a track you like, you can save it to your library. On the Your library page, you can view, filter, and sort a list of the tracks you’ve saved, downloaded, and licensed.

Save a track to your library

To save a track to your library:

  1. Sign in to YouTube Studio in a web browser.
  2. From the left menu, select Creator Music .
  3. Find a track you want to save.
  4. Hover over the track and click “Add track to your library”  from any track list or from the player bar.

You can view the tracks you’ve added to your library on the Your library page.

View your library

To view tracks that are saved in your library:

  1. Sign in to YouTube Studio in a web browser.
  2. From the left menu, select Creator Music .
  3. Click Your library.
    • Filter: Click the dropdown to filter tracks by Saved, Downloaded, or Licensed.
    • Sort: Click the dropdown to sort tracks by Date added (most recent), Track title (A–Z), or Track title (Z–A).

Remove a track from your library

To remove the track from your library, click the heart icon  in any of these locations:

  • From the Your library page
  • From any track list where the track appears
  • From the player bar when the track is playing or paused
