We occasionally update our membership prices to keep up with market changes, which can include inflation and local tax changes.
To find your current price or understand how you're billed, go to the Purchases and memberships page from your account. You can also cancel or change your membership at any time.
How will I know if my price is changing?
We'll notify you via email at least 30 days ahead of a price increase in your country/territory.
Note that local tax changes may occur, and cause your total price to increase. To stay up to date on the current price of your recurring memberships, go to the Purchases and memberships page of your account.Will my service be interrupted?
When will you start charging me the new price?
New members will be charged the price as displayed in the offer upon sign-up.
For existing members, your new monthly rate will be charged during the first billing cycle that occurs, at least 30 days after we increase the price of a plan. For example, if we increase the price for new users on 1 September, you won't be charged the higher rate until your next billing cycle in October.
If your membership is currently paused, you won't be charged until you've resumed your membership. You'll be billed once at your previous price, and then you'll be billed at the new price in subsequent billing cycles.
