Once your YouTube partner manager has configured your dropbox, you need to create a reusable connection between your SFTP client and your dropbox server. This article explains how to create a connection using Cyberduck, but you can use any client software that supports SFTP connections.
To create an SFTP connection:

Download and install Cyberduck.

Run the Cyberduck application.

Select File > Open Connection.

Select SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol) from the drop-down menu.

In the Server text box, enter
partnerupload.google.com
. -
In the Port text box, enter
19321

In the Username text box, enter the name of your dropbox.
The dropbox name begins with 'yt-' and was set up for you by your partner manager. -
Expand More options.

Tick the box for Use Public Key Authentication.

Select the SSH private key file that you previously generated.

Click Connect to close the settings dialogue box.
