Diagnose upload issues with an Aspera dropbox

These features are only available to partners using YouTube's Content Manager to manage their copyrighted content.

Are you having trouble uploading content to YouTube using your Aspera dropbox? Answer the following questions to help identify and resolve the problem.

The weekly maintenance window for Aspera dropboxes is Wednesday from 1:00 a.m.–5.00 a.m. Pacific time. If you upload content during that time, your Aspera client may be disconnected from the dropbox. If that happens, reconnect to the dropbox after five to ten minutes and redeliver the complete metadata file.
Are you able to connect to your dropbox from the Aspera client?
