Create a custom radio experience

You can create custom radio experiences in YouTube Music using Music Tuner. Music Tuner lets you manage radio features, like artist variety and familiarity.

To use Music Tuner in YouTube Music,

1. Go to the Home screen and scroll down to Your music tuner.
2. Tap Add to get started.
3. Select artists to build your radio experience and click Next.
4. Customize your radio by selecting:
   • Artist variety: How much variance you’d like between artists within your radio experience
   • Music discovery: How familiar you are with artists added to your radio
   • Filters: Additional features that may impact your radio, such as BPM, popularity, and mood
5. Tap Done to create your radio.

You can adjust your radio’s custom settings at any time by tapping Tune on the radio page. To continue developing your station as you listen, tap Up Next from the player and tap a category to change the songs in your queue.
