Not getting inactive company-owned devices report

If you're not receiving a monthly report on unused company-owned Android devices by email, you can still review the list in the Google Admin console. You can also download the list and email it to recipients manually.

View inactive company-owned Android devices

  1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.

    Sign in using your administrator account (does not end in @gmail.com).

  2. Go to Menu and then Devicesand thenOverview.
  3. Click Mobile devices to get a list of your organization's managed devices.
  4. At the top, click Add a filterand thenOwnership.
  5. Select Company owned and click Apply.
  6. (Optional) To view devices in a specific date range, click Add a filterand thenLast sync date, select the dates, and click Apply.
  7. Click Download and thenselect the columns for the report and the file format.
  8. Click Download.
