To stop using Colab Pro or Colab Pro+ in your organization, cancel your Colab subscription. If you’re billed on a monthly Flexible Plan, canceling your subscription immediately stops further billing for Colab services.
Canceling your subscription ends all your paid Colab licenses. Users can still access the free Colab additional Google service. You can cancel Colab and keep your other subscriptions active, such as Google Workspace. If you have an active Google Workspace subscription, after you cancel Colab, you can still access your billing accounts.
Cancel a subscription
You must be signed in as a super administrator for this task.

Sign in to your Google Admin console.
Sign in using an account with super administrator privileges (does not end in @gmail.com).

In the Admin console, go to Menu
Billing
Subscriptions.
- Click Colab Pro or Colab Pro+.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Review details about charges after you cancel.
- Choose a reason for leaving and then click Continue.
- Review the cancellation details and if you agree, check the confirmation box.
- At the bottom, enter your administrator email address and click Cancel My Subscription.
