File migration for the new data migration service is currently in beta and subject to the Pre-General Availability Offerings Terms in the Google Workspace Service Specific Terms.
You can access a report with detailed information on the items in your file migration.
Access the report
You must be signed in as a super administrator for this task.

Sign in to your Google Admin console.
Sign in using an account with super administrator privileges (does not end in @gmail.com).

In the Admin console, go to Menu DataData import & exportData migration.
- At the top, click Go to data migration (New).
- For Microsoft OneDrive, click Migrate.
- Click Export migration report.
- If the Tasks list doesn't open automatically with the downloaded report, click Tasks .
- For Your Tasks, click the link to open in Google Sheets.
Interpret the migration report
You can use the migration report to identify items that didn't migrate and the reasons they weren’t able to be transferred.
