Messages from groups automatically bounce when more than 66% of the members in the group are suspended.
Remove suspended members from a group
If you remove a member from a group, they no longer receive email addressed to the group. Removing a member does not delete the user's account.
Also, if you remove the group owner, the group still works. As an administrator, you can manage the group or assign ownership to another user.

Sign in to your Google Admin console.
Sign in using your administrator account (does not end in @gmail.com).

In the Admin console, go to Menu DirectoryGroups.
- Click the name of a groupMembers.

Do one of the following:
- Remove one member—Point to the member and click Remove
- Remove multiple members—Check the boxes next to the members and click Remove members .
- Click Remove Members to confirm.

- Make sure large numbers of suspended users don't remain in groups indefinitely.
- Remove suspended users from groups as part of any termination process.
