8. Set up the web service in your Admin console

During Google Calendar Connector for HCL Notes (GCCHN) set up, your next step is to configure your Google Workspace domain in the Google Admin console.

  1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.

    Sign in using an account with super administrator privileges (does not end in @gmail.com).

  2. In the Admin console, go to Menu and then Appsand thenGoogle Workspaceand thenCalendar.
  3. Click Calendar Interop management.
  4. Check the Enable Interoperability for Calendar box.
  5. Under Type, select Google Calendar Connector for HCL Notes.
  6. Under Free/Busy Service URL, specify the full URL of the GetNotesFreeBusy agent in your GCCHN database.

    Example: http://dominoserver.example.com/gcchn/google-calconn.nsf/(GetNotesFreeBusy)?OpenAgent.

    View the Domino URI components and values table below.

  7. Click Save.

Tip: To view previous changes to the Calendar Interop settings, click the Audit log link.
