From the security health page, you can monitor these Calendar settings:
- Calendar sharing policy
- Whether Calendar is available for offline use (Enterprise Plus edition only)
Calendar sharing policy
By default, primary calendars are not shared outside of your domain(s). You have the option to change this configuration in your Calendar settings. For more details, see the table below.

How to configure this setting |
In the Google Admin console, go to AppsGoogle WorkspaceCalendarSharing settings. Under External sharing options for primary calendars, select Only free/busy information (hide event details). For more details and instructions, see Set calendar sharing options. |
Effect on your users |
Users will not be able to share information in Calendars with users of an external domain. |
Offline access to Calendar
By default, user can use Calendar even when offline. You have the option to change this configuration in your Calendar settings. For more details, see the table below.

How to configure this setting |
In the Google Admin console, go to AppsGoogle WorkspaceCalendarAdvanced settings. Check Allow using Calendar on the web when offline. If you uncheck this setting, the offline option is not visible to your users in their Calendar settings. For more details on the user setting, see Use your Google calendar offline. |

Users will be able to access Calendar on their computers even when offline. |
