Applies to editions of Google Workspace and other paid subscriptions in your Google Admin console.
If you purchased Google Workspace, Cloud Identity, or other paid subscriptions from a Google reseller, your reseller can help with your account, access issues, domain settings, and billing. If you have multiple subscriptions to Google products and services, you might have more than one reseller.
Identify your reseller

Sign in to your Google Admin console.
Sign in using your administrator account (does not end in @gmail.com).

In the Admin console, go to Menu BillingSubscriptions.
- On the Subscriptions list, check the Payment plan. If you purchased the subscription from a reseller, the payment plan shows Reseller pricing and the reseller's name.
Use self-help options
Many resellers offer self-help options for tasks, such as resetting your admin password. To access these options, open your reseller’s website and go to the Help or Support (or a similarly named) section.
Contact your reseller for billing or payment issues
Your reseller can help you change a payment method, purchase licenses, or add services. For other questions, contact Google Workspace support.
