Whitelist the mobile app for users
As an administrator, you can securely manage work apps on mobile devices. You can create a whitelist of recommended apps to make them available for users to install.
If your organization uses third-party Mobile Device Management (MDM), update your application whitelists to ensure that the Google Voice app is allowed in your organization. Check with your MDM provider to learn how.

Hi [User],
We’re excited to announce Google Voice, a new enterprise telephony solution.
What is Google Voice?
Voice is a new telephony service from Google. It lets you take your number with you and make calls from your smartphone, tablet, or computer. Focus on what's important with features such as voicemail transcripts and smart spam filtering.
What makes Voice special?
- Take your number with you: Voice works on smartphones and computers, and syncs across your devices so you can use the app while on the go or at home.
- Customize your experience: Control your communication experience, such as where you take calls and when you’re available to receive calls.
- Smart productivity: Read automatic voicemail transcripts in your inbox or in the Voice app and let smart spam detection minimize unwanted distractions.
