In order to serve ads to video on demand (VOD) content with DAI, the following processes need to successfully complete:
- Ingestion of the MRSS feed
- Ingestion of the video content
- Conditioning of the video (if unconditioned)
You can see the ingestion and conditioned status on both the content list page and the details page. The details page also allows you to initiate a repeat of the content ingestion process for preconditioned content, or to condition unconditioned content. You can also condition in bulk from the list page, with the option to select multiple items.
Improvements to content ingest and conditioned status
You can now see a more accurate and actionable status when ingesting video content to help you troubleshoot any errors along the way.
Any comparisons between the content ingest statuses exposed in the external API and the Ad Manager interface will only match after this API release.

To filter your video content by status:
- Sign in to Google Ad Manager.

- Click Add new filter and select either DASH status or HLS status.
- Select your filters and click Apply.
You can open the content details page to see details about ingestion or conditioning that resulted in a succes, warning, or failure.
