Receive Ad Manager payments by EFT

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) directly deposits your Ad Manager revenue into your bank account, in your local currency (view supported countries). EFT is fast, secure, environmentally friendly, and is the the recommended payment method. To sign up for payments by EFT, you need to provide details about your bank account and verify your account using a small test deposit.

Access to the billing section requires user role permissions. If these options are unavailable to you, contact your administrator.

Note: If you set EFT as your form of payment after the 21st of the month, we can't guarantee that you'll be paid by EFT. For example, to ensure payment by EFT for your March revenue, complete the steps above before April 21st.

To provide correct information, remove the existing account and add a new one. To protect the privacy and security of your banking information, Ad Exchange support does not have access to edit or remove the information you have entered.

Why did my test deposit fail?

There are a number of reasons why your test deposit might fail:

  • Incorrect bank account number or bank codes (the required information will vary by country)
  • Issues with your account type (we currently do not support savings accounts in the United States)
  • Bank account is closed
  • Bank is not located in the same country entered in your Ad Exchange account
  • Bank account is not in the local currency of the country entered in your Ad Exchange account
  • Bank account is not set up to receive incoming ACH/EFT
  • Your bank code changed as the result of a recent bank merger

If your test deposit fails, you'll see a "Deposit failed" message on the page where you submitted your bank account. You can re-enter your bank information to make sure there wasn't an incorrect entry, or contact your bank to confirm the exact details that you need to submit and try again.
