Not all users have access to manage user access
This section of AdSense is only available to users with an Admin user access level.
If you can't access this section, contact your administrator.
Note: If you have Admin access, you can change a user's access level at any time, even if their status is "Pending."
To change a user's access to your AdSense account:
- Sign in to your AdSense account.
- Click Account.
- Click Access and authorization, then click User management.
- Click next to the "User access level" of the user whose access level you want to change.
You can raise the access level to administrator or lower it to standard.
- Select a new access level and click Apply changes.
The user will receive a notification email informing them of the change.
