Follow these instructions to create an audience of users who visit your website more than 3 times.

Create the audience
- In Admin, under Data display, click Audiences.
Note: The previous link opens to the last Analytics property you accessed. You can change the property using the property selector. You must be a Marketer or above at the property level to create an audience in GA4.
- Click New audience.
- Under Start from scratch, click Create a custom audience.
- Under Include Users when, go to Add new > Events.
- Scroll through the event list and select session_start.
- Next to session_start, go to + Add parameter > Other > Event count.
- Set the Condition to greater than (>) and the Event count to 3.
- Click Apply.
- Rename your audience to something you'll find memorable and click Save.
- Your new audience appears at the top of the management table.
Use the audience in Google Ads
To use the audience in Google Ads you need to:
- Activate Google Signals for the Analytics property
- Link your Google Ads and Analytics accounts and enable personalized advertising
