In different scenarios, there are unique requirements for apps: you may need to collaborate with other people in making your app, hand off the app to someone else, or add your app to your portfolio. AppSheet provides the flexibility to accommodate these needs.
To manage authoring for your app:
- Open the app in the editor.
- Select Manage > Collaborate & Publish.
- Expand the Transfer section to transfer your app between user accounts.
- Expand the Team Work section to make choices about your public or team app portfolio.
You can copy and delete the app from this section, as well.
We've made some improvements to the app editor.
You are opted in to the new editor by default, but you can switch back to the legacy editor at any time.

If you are using the legacy editor
- Open the app in the editor.
- Select Manage > Author.
- Expand the Plan requirements section to determine the plan requirements for the app.
- Expand the Transfer section to transfer your app between user accounts and let other users copy your app.
- Expand the Team Work section to make choices about your public or team app portfolio.
