Manage and monitor databases in your account from the Database Info tab on the My Account page.
Access the Database Info tab
To access the Database Info tab:
- Sign in to AppSheet.
- Select your account from the account profile drop-down to go to the My account page.
- Select the Database Info tab.
The Database Info page displays.
As highlighted in the figure, use the Database Info page to:
- View and open all databases for your account
- View the number of apps connected to a database and open them in the app editor
- View the number of tables and the row usage details for each table in a database
- View the audit log for a database
- View the status of a database (Active, Deleted)
Although connected apps and tables are restored when you restore a database, this information can't be displayed after a database is deleted.

View the audit log for a database
Note: Only AppSheet database editors (not viewers or writers) and team admins can access the audit log for a database.
To view the audit log for a database:
- Access the Database Info tab.
- Click Log in the database row.
Alternatively, you can view the audit log for a database from the database editor:
- Open the database in the database editor.
- Select Settings > View audit log.
The database audit log is displayed. Filter the list of events by Event type or User that made the database update.
To navigate back, use the browser back button.
Restore a database
Restore a database that has been deleted. Connected apps and tables are also restored.
You can restore a database that has been deleted for up to 30 days.
To restore a database that has been deleted:
- Access the Database Info tab.
- Click restore in Status column in the database row.
- Click Restore to confirm the restore operation.
The database is restored and the Status is changed to Active.
