You can update many advanced settings for your Business Profile right from Google Search. When you access your advanced settings, you can set Google Assistant to:
- Help you accept bookings
- Use labels and store codes to organize spreadsheets
Update advanced settings
- Make sure you're signed in with the account you use to manage your Business Profile.
- To find your Business Profile, search on Google Search for your exact business name.
- If needed, select View profile to manage your Business Profile.
- Select Menu Business profile settings.
Available settings
- Business Profile ID: You can share this ID with Google Support by phone, chat, email, or other channels.
- Google Assistant calls: Turn on or off automated calls from Google that help you accept Bookings or keep information up to date. Learn more about phone calls from Google Assistant.
- Labels: Add labels to group multiple profiles in your bulk upload spreadsheet. Learn more about labels for bulk uploads.
- Store code: If you have multiple businesses, use shop codes. To find shop codes, go to business.google.com/locations. You can use shop codes in your bulk upload spreadsheet. If you want to use Local Inventory Ads, shop codes are required. Learn more about shop codes.
- Google Ads phone number: This setting allows you to display a different phone number in the location asset from the number shown on your Business Profile. If you link Google Ads to a Business Profile and use the Google Ads location asset, a Google Ads phone number is used. Learn more about location assets.
