To allow a fast and smooth verification process, we made some changes to video verification. You’ll now receive clear feedback and the reasons why your video submission isn’t approved. Here are some tips for successful resubmission of your video verification:

  • Review the detailed feedback: Pay close attention to the reasons provided for the initial failure.
  • Address all required information: Make sure your new video includes all previously fulfilled requirements and addresses the elements highlighted in your feedback that’s incomplete.
  • Double-check for clarity: Make sure your video is clear and all details are visible.

Answer product questions to share info about what you sell

Good news! You can answer questions to help Google understand what you sell, even if you don't have a website. These questions are designed to help users find your products. When you answer these questions in Google Maps, your products will appear in search results.

To get started:

  1. On your device, open the Google Maps app Maps.
  2. At the bottom, tap Business and then Products.
