You can transfer primary ownership of a business group to one of the account’s owners or managers. If you’re the only user associated with the business group, you can add additional owners and managers.
You can manage an individual profile on Search and Maps. To manage multiple profiles in bulk at once, you can use Business Profile Manager. If you want to add another profile, on Google Search, select the three-dot menu Add a new Business Profile.
- Sign in to Business Profile Manager.
- If you haven’t already done so, create a business group and transfer your locations to that account.
- In the top left, choose the business group you want to manage.
- Click Group settings Manage users.
- Next to the owner or manager, in the dropdown menu, select their new role.
