Important:
- To help us understand your feedback, include details and a screenshot. The more info you include in your feedback, the more helpful it is for us.
- To include device logs, when prompted, tap Allow one-time access. These logs help Google when you report a technical issue. Learn how to manage device logs on Android.
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Chat app .
- At the top left, tap Menu Send feedback Get started.
- Tap Report an issue or Make a suggestion.
- Describe your issue or suggestion.
- A screenshot of the last used screen is taken automatically.
- Optional: Choose if you want to include a screenshot.
- To highlight or hide parts of the screenshot, tap Highlight or hide info.
- If you don’t want to include the screenshot, tap Remove the attached screenshot .
- Confirm if you want us to email you for more information or updates.
- Tap Continue.
