Didn't complete billing setup

Applies to Cloud Identity Premium and other paid subscriptions in your Google Admin console.

I started to set up billing for my Google Workspace, Essentials, or Cloud Identity Premium subscription but quit before completing setup. For example, I wasn’t sure what information to enter, wasn’t ready to enter payment information, or didn’t have enough funds on my card. I’m ready to complete setup now but can’t remember how to begin.

Go to your Admin console and restart setup

If you leave the billing setup window before finishing setup, you can go back and restart setup at any time—either during or after your free trial period. Completing billing setup after your trial expires automatically reactivates your service.

  1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.

    Sign in using your administrator account (does not end in @gmail.com).

  2. In the Admin console, go to Menu and then Billingand thenSubscriptions.
  3. Choose an option:
    • At the top of the screen, click Set Up Billing if it appears.
    • Otherwise, click your subscription and then Set Up Billing.
