If your payment for your Google service subscription isn't received in full by the due date, Google might work with an external collections agency.
This agency might:

Send you a combination of letters and emails that request payment on behalf of Google.

Ask you to sign in to your Google Admin console and make the payment online using the forms of payment available to you.
