Code implementation guide

Considerations for mobile

To ensure that surveys appear on your mobile-web pages as well as desktop pages, you need to add an additional code snippet to your HTML. A Google Surveys mobile prompt will only be shown if the site is designed for mobile.

Place the following tag in the <head> tag of your HTML pages:

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width">

When you want to show surveys only on desktop and not on the mobile version of your site, it is important to note that removing the tag above from your pagess' <head> tags will affect all mobile content, not just the appearance and presence of surveys. As such, a User Agent rule can be added that defines the correct time to load the necessary JavaScript. This logic must be built by the publisher.
