Optimized targeting leverages machine learning to look for additional conversions by finding users most likely to convert based on real time campaign conversion data. Optimized targeting will be turned on by default for YouTube video action campaign ad groups when any type of audience list is targeted.

Set up Engaged View Conversion directly in Display & Video 360
You can now set up your engaged view definition and create an Engaged View Conversion attribution model in Display & Video 360.
Engaged View Conversion is a way for advertisers to define a high-quality video impression (i.e. Engaged View) and create an engaged view attribution model that provides insights. These video view-through conversions were attributed to Engaged Views, and are consequently Engaged View Conversions.
To get started, you can opt in and define Engaged Views in your advertiser under ResourcesFloodlight GroupAttribution. You can turn on “Engaged View only” to automatically create an engaged view attribution Floodlight baseline model.
