If you use Campaign Manager 360 with your Display & Video 360 advertiser, you should link the Floodlight configuration to Google Analytics 4 from Campaign Manager 360. Learn more about linking Google Analytics 4 with Campaign Manager 360.
Required permissions
- Display & Video 360 admin access to initiate the linking request.
- Google Analytics 4 edit access to approve the request.
Link a Google Analytics 4 property to a Floodlight configuration in Display & Video 360
- From your Display & Video 360 advertiser, navigate to Resources > Floodlight Group > Basic Details > Google integrations.
- In the “Google Analytics” section, click on the pencil icon. If you don't see the "Google Analytics" section, try setting up the link from Campaign Manager 360 or Google Analytics 4.
- Click New link
- If you have edit access for the Google Analytics 4 property you want to link, click Choose properties and select the property.
- If you do not have edit access for the Google Analytics 4 property you want to link, select Request access and enter the property ID and admin email.
- Click Apply.
- Click Next.
- Configure the following link settings:
- Enable personalized advertising: Choose if the data from the Google Analytics property may be used for Display & Video 360 bidding and remarketing lists.
- Enable Campaign Attribution + Enable Cost Data Reporting: Choose if Display & Video 360 campaign data can be used for Google Analytics reporting.
- Enable Auto-tagging: Choose if Google Analytics can attribute Display & Video 360 traffic to ad clicks.
- Click Next.
- Click Submit.
Unlink a Google Analytics 4 property
- From your Display & Video 360 advertiser, navigate to Resources > Floodlight Group > Basic Details > Google integrations.
- In the “Google Analytics” section, click on the pencil icon.
- Click the checkbox next to the account you want to unlink.
- Click Unlink.
