Use Day & Time targeting (also known as "daypart targeting") to specify the days and times you want to serve ads.
Set day and time targeting

Open an insertion order or line item's details, then navigate to Day & Time targeting.

Click Add segment to target a particular window of time, then pick the day and start and end times.

Choose the timezone for your targeting.
Day and time targeting can be set relative to either the timezone of your users ("Local") or the timezone of your advertiser ("Advertiser").
For YouTube & partners line items, you can only use your advertiser's timezone. -
Click Apply once you're done.
Limitations
- Day and Time targeting for "Local" timezones only work with individual Regional or Business chain targeting options from the line item level. It does not work with Proximity targeting or advertiser-level regional location lists (RLL).
