View and download your invoices

Display & Video 360 sends invoices on the first day of the month for the previous month's activity. If a campaign runs for more than one month, you'll get separate invoices for each month.

Invoices are emailed automatically on the first day of the month. If you don't receive yours, ask your account admin to add you to the email recipient list.

If you have admin access, you can view, download, and manage your invoice on the invoices page in your billing summary. In your billing summary, you can also:

  • See all of your invoices, debit memos, and credit memos.
  • Filter your invoices by status, due date, outstanding amount, and more.
  • Create custom filters and save them for future use.
  • Sort your invoices in ascending or descending order.
  • Download invoices in bulk.
  • Search for specific invoices.

Find your invoices

You can find and view invoices in the billing summary section of a billing profile.

Find all invoices

  1. In a Display & Video 360 partner or advertiser, click Settings, then Basic details
  2. Find the "Billing profile" section, then select a billing profile.
  3. Click Billing summary.
  4. Click View invoices. A menu opens with more options.
  5. Choose an option:
    • Open invoices and debit memos: View all open invoices or debits that need to be paid.
    • Open credit memos: View any open credits that you can apply to open invoices.
    • All invoices and memos: View all of your invoices, including those that are closed or paid.
    • All credit memos: View all of your credits, including those that have already been applied to invoices.

Find a specific invoice

  1. Click on the search box before the table and enter any text that is in the invoice. This includes an advertiser name or ID.
  2. (Optional) Use “AND” to find invoices with two specific words. For example searching “video AND game” will show invoices that contain the words “video” and “game”.
  3. (Optional) Use “OR” to find documents with either of two words. For example, searching for “Nov. OR Dec.” will show invoices that contain either the word “Nov.” or “Dec.

Filter your invoices

To make it easier to find and manage a group of invoices, you can add filters.

  1. Above the table, click + Add a filter
  2. Select the filter type that you’d like to apply.
  3. Enter any additional information needed to complete the filter.
    • Example: After you add the “Document number” filter, enter the invoice number (or list of invoice numbers, separated by a comma) that you’re searching for.
    • Example: After you add the “Issue date” filter, select the date range of the documents you need to see.
  4. Click Apply, then add more filters as needed.

Tip: To remove a filter, click the X on the filter you’d like to remove.

Save your filters

You can add columns, sort, search for and filter your invoices to show only the documents you want to see (for example, all invoices in descending order of open amount, for a particular product), and then save this customization for future use. You can access your saved custom filters in the drop-down menu at the top of the table by clicking Open invoices and debit memos.

Sort invoices

To sort your invoices ascending or descending order, just click the column header that you’d like to sort by. Click the column header again to toggle between ascending and descending order.

Show or hide columns

  1. At the top of the column on the far right of your invoices table, click Edit.
  2. Select the columns you want to show or hide.
  3. To rearrange the order of the columns in the table, drag the column names in the "Edit" box.
  4. Click Save.

View invoice details

Click the invoice you’d like to see details for. A pop-up will appear with details like the invoice number, invoice amount, status, purchase order number, account details, and more. In the “Document Activity” section, you can see who the invoice was delivered to.

To close the pop-up, click the X in the top left. To download, or request a revision to your invoice, click Actions in the top right of the invoice pop-up.

View memos and service agreements

You can add columns, sort, search for and filter your invoices to show only the documents you want to see (for example, all invoices in descending order of open amount, for a particular product), and then save this customization for future use. You can access your saved custom filters in the drop-down menu at the top of the table by clicking Open invoices and debit memos.
