Unenrol from a class

This article is for students.

When you unenrol from a class:

• The class is removed from Classroom.
• Your class files are stored in Google Drive.

If you unenrol from a class and need to re-enrol, go to join a class as a student.

Important:  You will only be able to leave a class if your school admin enables the unenrolment option. 

You can't unenrol from an archived class. Contact your teacher and ask them to unarchive the class so you can unenrol.

1. Go to classroom.google.com and click Sign in.

   Sign in with your Google Account. For example, [email protected] or [email protected]. Learn more.

2. On the class, click More Unenrol.

3. Click Unenrol to confirm.
