Choose an appointment date and time within your GFiber account

As soon as you're eligible to schedule an in-home installation, you'll receive an email at the address you used to sign up for Google Fiber. The email will contain a link inviting you to sign in to your GFiber account and book an appointment.

If you're scheduling installation of Google Fiber Phone, and you have a number transfer in process, have a look at these guidelines to help you select an optimal installation date to ensure that your phone service is not interrupted.

SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT

To schedule your appointment:

  1. Sign in to GFiber using your email and password. You'll see your account page. 

  2. Click Schedule. You'll see available appointment windows.

  3. Click one of the available appointments, or click > to see more options.

  4. Select an appointment window.

  5. Click Confirm. You'll see your account screen with your appointment date and start time.

You can reschedule your GFiber appointment up to 2 hours before it starts by going to your account or using the link in your confirmation email. You can also sign up for text message alerts to receive a confirmation 2 days and 2 hours before your appointment.

Google Fiber Phone customers

If you have scheduled to transfer your existing phone number to Google Fiber Phone, avoid cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the appointment time, there's a chance the transfer of your current number will take place, and your current service will be disconnected.
 

If you'd like to add phone service to your existing appointment and can't do so within your GFiber account, you'll need to contact customer support to update your plan and scheduled appointment.
