What is my Google Fiber PIN number?
When you contact Google Fiber customer support, you may be asked to provide your customer support PIN. Your PIN is a 5-digit number that identifies you as an authorized Google Fiber customer. If you haven't signed up for Google Fiber yet, you'll be asked to create a unique 5-digit PIN during the sign-up process.
To find your Google Fiber PIN:
Sign in to myFiber using the email and password you use for your Google Fiber account. Your PIN appears at the top of the page in the Manage Profile section.
To edit an existing PIN:
-
Sign in to myFiber using the email and password you use for your Google Fiber account.
-
From your Account page, click Manage Profile; then click Edit next to the PIN icon .
If you created a 4-digit Google Fiber PIN in the past, it will be replaced by a 5-digit PIN when you touch Change PIN. Your PIN must contain at least two different numbers, and cannot be sequential. For example, 12345 won’t be accepted.
-
Enter a unique PIN that's easy to remember and click Save. Your new PIN is displayed on your Account page.
If you receive an email indicating that your Google Fiber customer support PIN has changed and you didn't make the change, someone has access to your Google Account password. Change your Google Account password, and then sign back into your Google Fiber account and change your customer support PIN.
