GFiber for multi-family properties

GFiber is available to apartments, condos, townhomes, and single-family homes in the areas we serve. If you’re a property owner, property manager, or an HOA board member, the information below is for you.

If you rent or own a unit at one of those property types, you can find more details about how to bring GFiber to your home here.

We define a multi-family property — or multi-family dwelling unit (MDU) — as a residential property with five or more units. MDUs contain multiple residences (for example — apartment buildings, condo complexes, and gated communities are all MDUs.) If you live in an MDU and you decide to get GFiber, you’ll get it for your whole property.

If you own or manage an apartment or condo complex with five or more units, you can fill out this form to get started on bringing GFiber to your building(s). If any of your buildings has fewer than five units and is not located within a gated community or on a private road, please ask each unit to sign up for GFiber service individually.
