If the name or address on your monthly GFiber statement is incorrect, you can update it from your GFiber account. Any changes you make take effect on your next GFiber statement.
To change the name or address on your GFiber bill:

Sign in to GFiber using the email and password you use for your GFiber account. Your Account page appears.

Click Manage Bill, and then select Manage Settings at the bottom of the screen to display your payments profile.

Click the pencil icon next to Name and Address, edit and review the information, and then click Save. The information is updated in both your GFiber account and your Google Payments profile.
To change the phone number in your GFiber profile:

Sign in to GFiber using the email and password you use for your GFiber account. Your Account page appears.

Click Manage Profile to show your contact information.

At the bottom below your phone number(s), select Edit.

Enter the new number you would like to use in either the Home or Mobile fields, and then click Save. Your new phone number now displays on the page.
