Delete your data from Google Fit

You can remove an activity from your history if it's not accurate, or you can delete your exercise history. You can also erase data tied to your Google Fit account.

Important: When you delete your activity, sleep or guided breathing data, it also deletes related entries from your journal. Once you delete the data, it’s gone forever.
