Your sleep score helps you understand your sleep each night so you can monitor trends in your sleep patterns. Studies show getting enough high-quality sleep can positively affect your energy, activity, mood, weight, and more (source).
Your overall nightly sleep score is based on your heart rate, the time you spend awake or restless, and your sleep stages.
Note: Your device needs to track sleep stages to determine your sleep score. For more information, refer to What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?
