If you lose your Fitbit device, try the tips below to find it. If you have Fitbit Inspire 2, use the Tile app to find your device.

Check the Fitbit app to see the last time your device synced. If it synced recently, it's likely within range of your phone.

Take your phone to the area where you think you lost your device and try to sync. If your device syncs, it's nearby.

Try using a Bluetooth locator app to help you find your device. For iPhone, try LightBlue Explorer. For Android, try Bluetooth Finder.
- Make sure the Tile app is installed on Inspire 2. If you don’t see the Tile app on your tracker, install it:
- With your tracker nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab Devices your device image.
- Tap Apps .
- Tap TileInstallInstall.
- On your phone, download and install the Tile app from one of the following locations:
- Apple devices—Apple App Store
- Android devices—Google Play Store
- Open the Tile app on your phone. If you have a Tile account, tap Sign In and log in to your account. If you don’t have a Tile account:
- Tap Get Started scroll down and tap FitbitNext.
- Create an account and tap SignUp.
- Verify your email address.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to allow Tile to access Bluetooth and Location Services on your phone.
- Tap Add a Tile.
- Under Activatea Tile EnabledDevice, scroll down and tap FitbitNext.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to activate Tile on Inspire 2. When prompted, tap the check mark on your Inspire 2 screen to complete the activation.

Note that Tile is only available in certain languages at this time.
- On your phone, open the Tile app.
- Tap Inspire 2Find. If the Tile app finds your tracker, your tracker vibrates.
- When you find your tracker, tap Done in the Tile app on your phone.

If your tracker isn’t nearby, view its Location History or turn on the option to be notified when your tracker is detected on the Tile network.
How can I find my Inspire 2 Tracker using the map?
- Open the Tile app on your phone.
- Tap Inspire 2Location History. Your tracker’s last known location appears on the map, along with the last date and time your tracker and phone were connected to each other.

How can the Tile app alert me if it detects my Tracker on its network?
- Open the Tile app on your phone.
- Tap the Inspire 2 tile.
- Tap Notify When Found and confirm. When another user comes within range of your tracker, you receive a notification and your tracker’s location is anonymously updated in the Tile app.

- On Inspire 2, open the Tile app .
- Tap Find my Phone. Your phone vibrates and rings if it’s nearby, even if notifications are muted.

- With Inspire 2 nearby, in the Tile app on your phone, tap the Inspire 2 tile.
- Scroll down and tap More OptionsResetReset . When the Tile feature deactivates on your Fitbit device, you see a confirmation message in the Tile app.
If the Tile app can’t connect to your Fitbit device, you see a message with an option to permanently disable the Tile feature on your Fitbit device. If you want to permanently disable the Tile feature on this device, tap Proceed to Disable Tile. If you want to temporarily disable the Tile feature, tap Cancel and follow the on-screen troubleshooting steps or try again later.
If you can’t remove Tile from your device by deactivating it in the Tile app on your phone:

- Set up Inspire 2 again and connect it to the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?

If you lose your Fitbit device and want to permanently disable the Tile on your Fitbit device:
- In the Tile app on your phone, tap the Inspire 2 tile.
- Scroll down and tap More OptionsReset. A message appears with an option to permanently disable the Tile feature on your Fitbit device.
- Tap Proceed to Disable Tile.
