If you sign in to the Fitbit app using a Fitbit login, follow the instructions below.
Cancel your subscription through your phone's app store. If you purchased a Fitbit Premium subscription in your phone's app store, but you don't see your subscription in the Fitbit app, follow the steps below to restore your purchase. If you still don't see your subscription, use the instructions to cancel the purchase through fitbit.com.
To cancel your subscription in the Fitbit app:
- In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab your profile picture.
- Scroll down and tap Account settings Manage subscriptions. Your active subscriptions open in your phone's app store.
- Tap your Fitbit Premium subscription Cancel subscription. Note that you won't see this option if you have already cancelled your subscription. Your subscription expires at the end of your current monthly or yearly subscription term.
To restore your subscription purchase:
- From the You tab in the Fitbit app, tap Get Fitbit Premium.
- At the bottom of the page, tap Restore purchase. Follow the on-screen instructions to restore your subscription.
- Go to the Google Store click the account icon and log in with the Google Account connected to your Fitbit Premium subscription.
- Click your profile picture on the top right Subscriptions.
- Tap a subscription Payment detail Cancel subscription.
If you have an unused Fitbit Premium one-year membership gift card, contact customer support to redeem it. You'll need your gift card number.

Fitbit Premium insights use your health and fitness data to provide customised tips and observations to help you reach your goals. The insights that you receive with your Fitbit Premium subscription are more personalised than standard insights in the Fitbit app.
Note that you may not receive a new insight every day.

- From the Fitbit app, tap the Coach tab and choose a workout type.
- Tap an exercise to read the description.

Make sure that the Fitbit app is up to date to start your subscription.
If you purchase Fitbit Sense on fitbit.com and add the six-month Fitbit Premium membership, you may be eligible for a six-month Calm Premium subscription (available in certain regions).
To redeem your offer, go to calm.com/fitbit and enter the unique code that you received in the email message after your purchase. The subject line of the email message is 'Calm subscription redemption code'. If you have trouble redeeming your offer, visit the Calm help site.

Your Fitbit Premium Wellness Report details your activity, sleep, heart rate and weight data up to the last 12 months. Export your Wellness Report from the Fitbit app to see your data or share it with a healthcare professional.
- From the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab Profile Membership benefits Wellness Report.
- Tap Preview report Request my report. When your report is ready, you'll see a notification in the Fitbit app. Your report may take a few minutes to appear in your inbox.
- From the Today tab , tap Inbox .
- Tap the Personal health report notification, which stays in your inbox for up to 30 days.
- Tap View report to open the report on your phone, or tap Share to send the report to yourself or a healthcare professional.
Note the following:
- You must have at least 30 days of data to generate a Wellness Report.
- Certain data requires a heart-rate-enabled device to track.
- Only data that you track or log appears in the Wellness Report. For example, you must log your weight in the Fitbit app to see weight data in your report.
If you have trouble with Fitbit Premium, visit the Customer support page and tap Fitbit Premium.
