How to manage your Ace Pass

The Ace Pass data plan enables an LTE connection that powers calling, messaging and location sharing, without needing your child to have their own phone or additional data plan.1 Plus, it also gives your child access to all the games in the Fitbit Arcade to get them moving.2

Fitbit Ace LTE automatically connects to an LTE network  when you purchase one of our two Ace Pass data plans (monthly plan or annual plan).

Annual Ace Pass data plan holders are eligible for an Ace Band on us. When you have purchased an annual plan, you’ll receive an email with a code you can use online at our Google Store to receive a bonus Ace Band.  Codes are valid for 90 days.

When setting up a new Fitbit Ace LTE, you’ll be guided through the process to get an Ace Pass. An Ace Pass is required to complete activation when setting up the watch for either yourself or your child.

1 The LTE service included with the Ace Pass data plan is not available on all carrier networks or in all areas. LTE service, speed and performance depend on many factors including, but not limited to, carrier network capabilities, device configuration, network traffic, data use, location, signal strength and signal obstruction. Roaming is not included. Calling, messaging, and location sharing are dependent upon network connectivity and other factors and may not be reliable for emergency communications or available in all areas. Airplane mode disables calling, messaging and location sharing. Fitbit Ace LTE is not capable of calling emergency services, another Fitbit Ace LTE device, or a phone without the Fitbit Ace app installed. Location sharing is available only for users with a supervised Google Account. To locate your child’s device, it must be powered on, recently active, and connected to the internet.

2 A wifi connection is required in order to receive game updates.
