Give feedback on a response
Important: Users with a work account that has Gemini Advanced and users with a school account will not be able to add additional feedback or attach content.
Your feedback helps make Gemini Apps more helpful, accurate, and safe.
- Below the response from Gemini Apps, tap Good response or Bad response .
- Optionally, you can select a reason, enter additional feedback, and/or choose to include the files and/or images uploaded before this response with your feedback.
- Tip: You can help us understand your feedback better when you select a reason. For example, if you select Bad response because it’s unsafe or offensive, selecting Offensive / Unsafe helps us understand your rating.
- If you provide additional feedback, tap Submit.
Report a problem or send general feedback
In the Gemini web app

On your Android phone or tablet, go to gemini.google.com.
- At the top, tap Menu Help Help.
- At the bottom, tap Report a problem.
- Enter your feedback. You can choose to add a screenshot to help us better understand the issue.
- At the bottom, tap Send.
In the Gemini mobile apps
- On your Android phone, open Gemini .
- At the top, tap your Profile picture or initial Feedback Get started.
- Enter your feedback about the Gemini mobile app. You can choose to add a screenshot to help us better understand the issue.
- Tap Send feedback .
Report a legal issue
To report a response for legal reasons:
- Below the response, tap More Report legal issue.
- Select the reason you wish to report content.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
How Google uses your feedback
Your feedback, associated conversations, and related data are:
- Reviewed by specially trained teams. Human review is necessary to help identify, address, and report potential problems raised in feedback. In some cases, this is required by law.
- Used consistent with the Google Privacy Policy. Google uses this data to provide, improve, and develop Google products, services, and machine-learning technologies. This is explained in more detail in our Privacy Policy.
- For example, we use this data to make Gemini Apps safer. It helps us detect and avoid unsafe requests or responses in the future.
- Retained for up to 3 years. Reviewed feedback, associated conversations, and related data are retained for up to 3 years, disconnected from your Google Account.
