How to fix: Ineligible for in-store vehicle fulfilment

Remove the vehicle fulfilment [vehicle_fulfillment] attribute, or change the value to match the type of vehicle fulfilment for which your account is approved

Why this issue is happening

For one or more of your products, you've submitted the value 'in_store' for the option [option] sub-attribute of the vehicle fulfilment [vehicle_fulfillment] attribute or specified a shop code for the shop code [store_code] attribute. According to our information, you have not been approved for in-store vehicle fulfilment and therefore are not eligible to submit this value for this attribute.


How to fix your issue

To resolve this issue, you must be approved for in-store vehicle fulfilment. If you only intend to sell vehicles online, you can resolve the issue by taking the following steps:

  1. Submit a blank value for the shop code [store_code] attribute in your primary feed.
  2. Submit a value of 'online' for the option [option] sub-attribute.

If your account is not approved for vehicle ads, either don't submit this offer or follow the steps to become a vehicle seller.

Fix products one by one directly in Merchant Center

Step 1 Go to Products in Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.

Step 2 Use the filter icon above the table to find all products affected by your issue.

Step 3Click on the title of the product that you want to fix, then click Edit product.

Step 4Remove the vehicle fulfilment [vehicle_fulfillment] attribute or change the value for the option [option] sub-attribute to reflect the fulfilment type for which your account is approved.

Step 5Click Save.

Fix multiple products at once

Step 1 Go to Products in Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.

Step 2 Use the filter icon above the table to find all products affected by your issue.

Step 3Select the download icon to download a list (.csv) of all affected products for all issues or this particular issue.

Step 4Cross-reference the downloaded list with your uploaded product data and make sure that you remove the vehicle fulfilment [vehicle_fulfillment] attribute or change the value for the option [option] sub-attribute to reflect the fulfilment type for which your account is approved.

Step 5Re-upload your corrected product data to Merchant Center using your chosen upload method.

After making the requested changes, check that you've fixed the issue by making sure that it's no longer listed on the 'Needs attention' page.

Bear in mind: It may take some time for your change to be reflected on the 'Needs attention' page.
