Manager Accounts (MCC): About the Overview page for manager accounts

Similar to the individual accounts’ Overview page, the Manager (MCC) Overview page is the first place you land when you open your Google Ads MCC. The Overview page provides you with a quick performance review for your client accounts.

Summary cards in your manager account Overview page

The Overview page contains cards that show you a general summary of your performance over the date range of your choosing. At the top of the page, a line chart lets you compare the overall performance of your accounts measured through different metrics. You can compare up to 4 key metrics at a time.

There are also 3 additional cards:

  • The Accounts card lets you view the 5 highest-performing accounts and 5 lowest-performing accounts for a given metric. Clicking on an account name in this card will let you drill-in sub-accounts inside the Card and take you to the Overview page for that individual account.
  • The Devices card lets you view how your accounts performed overall for a given metric on different devices.
  • The Day & hour card lets you view how your accounts performed overall for a given metric on different days and/or hours.

How to change the date range

Click the date range selector in the upper right of the page. The date range will update for all of the cards at once. You can also compare two date ranges.

How to change the type of metrics shown

Click the arrow next to the metric you'd like to change, and select your preferred metric.

For example, the "Day & hour" card shows your click data by default, but if impressions are more important to you, click the down arrow next to "Clicks" and change your choice to "Impressions."

Changing the metric on one card won't change the metrics used on other cards.
