With Family Wi-Fi parental controls in the Google Home app, you can automatically block millions of sexually explicit websites from your kids' devices.
Note: Family Wi-Fi features can't be used with devices that use a Private Address or Randomized MAC Address. What is Google SafeSearch?
Google Nest Wifi's and Google Wifi's site blocking use Google's SafeSearch technology to help block millions of sexually explicit websites. The internet is massive and no filter is perfect, but SafeSearch helps avoid most adult websites.
SafeSearch doesn't block sites containing violent or illegal content.
Note: Google Nest's and Google Wifi's automatic blocking prevent SafeSearch sites from being reached, but they don't block the sites from showing on Google Search results.
