Fix a problem
If you're not getting information on your phone, try the steps below:
- Make sure you've downloaded and set up the Google Assistant app.
- Make sure you've requested information on a supported feature. Music, alarms and timers are a few features that can't be sent to your phone.
- Make sure your phone and speaker or display are signed into the same Google Account.
- Make sure notifications are turned on.
- If multiple people are using a speaker or display, make sure you've linked your Google Account and voice. If your Assistant can't recognize your voice, it can't send information to your phone. You might want to retrain your Assistant to learn your voice again.
