When a local professional installs your Google Nest thermostat or services your system, they can add their contact information to your thermostat so you can call them if there’s ever an issue with your thermostat or your system. You can review or delete the pro's contact information at any time.
Check Nest Pro contact information on your thermostat
To view your Nest Pro’s information on your thermostat, follow these steps:
1. Press the ring to bring up the main menu.
2. Turn to Settings 
3. Turn the ring to Nest Pro and press to select.
If a Nest Pro’s information isn’t already stored, the thermostat will ask you if you would like to add that information. You can have your Nest Pro enter their Nest Pro ID to automatically download and store their contact information on your thermostat.
Note: Your Nest thermostat must be connected to Wi-Fi to download and store your Nest Pro’s contact information for the first time, but it can be viewed or removed (steps below) at any time without being connected to Wi-Fi.
Nest Pro contact information with the app
To view a Nest Pro’s information with the Nest app, follow these steps:
- Sign in to the app and tap or click on the menu icon in the upper left corner.
- Select your home.
- Select Settings
in the upper right corner.
- Select Contacts.
- Select Nest Pro Installer.
If you have multiple Nest thermostats, and a different Pro information has been added to each thermostat, you’ll see the most recently added Pro information in the Nest app.
If you installed the thermostat yourself, or if your installer didn't enter their information, you can use the Nest app to find more help with installation. In the Nest app, tap Settings 
Remove Nest Pro contact information with your thermostat
You can remove a Nest Pro’s contact information from your thermostat at any time. Here’s how:
On the Nest thermostat:
1. Press your thermostat's ring to bring up the main menu.
2. Turn to Settings
3. Turn the ring to Nest Pro and press to select.
4. Choose Delete. The Nest Pro's contact information will be removed.
Note: Removing the Nest Pro contact information from your Nest thermostat will also remove it from the Nest app.
