Special considerations for developers in ArgentinaDevelopers in Argentina who receive payments through wire transfer may be asked by their banks to present supporting documents when receiving payments.
Instructions can be found in Communication "A" 6037, which details the bank forms to be filed, along with an exchange ticket. These compliance requirements may be enforced by banks, regardless of the amount received.
Check with your bank to see what documents are needed. You may be asked to issue an invoice according to the local tax rules in Argentina. If so, you can ask your tax advisor's help on how to create one.
