I can’t add a Play widget to my Android device
Google Play Collections is currently only available to users in the United States and only on devices running Android 12 or above. If you’re outside of the United States, you can’t add a Play widget yet.
I can’t find content from my app in Collections
There are a few reasons you might not be able to find content from one of your apps in Collections.
- The app might not be partnered with Collections.
- Tip: All apps that are partnered with Collections will have an app tile in Collections Settings. If an app doesn’t have an app tile in Collections Settings, the app isn’t partnered with Collections at this time.
- The app might not have been installed and/or updated by Google Play.
- Tip: To manage an app with Google Play, update an Android app using Google Play.
- The app might have been configured not to show content in Collections.
- To configure an app to show content in Collections, choose which apps will display content in your collections.
I don’t like the content in my collections
Content recommendations in Collections come from the apps you’ve configured to show content in Collections, not from Google Play or Collections
- If you don’t want to view content recommendations from an app, you can choose which apps display content in your collections.
